The first time ever in the Bay Area, Samoa vs. Tonga Youth Football Tournament was created to bring young athletes, families, and communities together through football while honoring the rich cultures and shared values of Samoa and Tonga. More than a game, this event celebrates heritage, unity, pride, and community by creating meaningful experiences on and off the field for the next generation.

This tournament is open to everyone. You do not have to be Samoan or Tongan to participate, all backgrounds are welcome. We already have players signed up from many different communities, reflecting the spirit of inclusion and connection that this event represents. Players are encouraged to represent their family roots and learn more about Samoan and Tongan culture through this experience. While rooted in Polynesian culture, the tournament is designed to unite youth through football, friendship, cultural exchange, and a shared love of the game.
